Shipping

All orders placed with Granite City Performance are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, Granite City Performance does not ship to Puerto Rico or overseas.

Granite City Performance does not ship COD orders.

Heavy / oversize parts that can not be shipped via FedEx Ground will require local pickup.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an order is refused by customer, original shipping charges will not be refunded, product charges will be refunded, less additional shipping charges to deliver product back to Granite City Performance.

Lost Shipments

All items are insured when shipped from Granite City Performance. If an item is lost by the carrier, we will make a claim for payment. When the claim is paid or acknowledged by the carrier a new shipment will be sent at no charge. Does not apply to non-stock, one-of-a-kind used parts.

If the customer wishes to obtain parts lost in shipment immediately, customer will be responsible for additional charges and will be credited back upon receipt of payment claim from carrier.
